Salon Etiquette
For the ultimate Spa and Salon experience for all clients, we request that ALL CELL PHONES BE TURNED OFF as you enter the building. Gratuities are not included in our service prices, however, 18% gratuity will be added to parties of three or more.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to relax and prepare for your services. New Salon clients may also be required to fill out paperwork necessary to safely perform the treatments. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension on a scheduled appointment, and full payment will be required.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of the missed service, without notification, on all forms of payment, including gift certificates or series. We reserve the right to ask the client to reschedule, or to refuse service at our discretion.

Scheduling
We recommend that you schedule your next treatment or service prior to leaving DRee & Co. to ensure you receive the appointment that best suits your schedule. Our appointments are reserved with either a credit card or gift card. Spa packages must be completed on the same day.

Gift Cards
Gift cards to DRee & Co. make an ideal year-round gift for any occasion. Cards can be purchased for a specific dollar amount, a Spa Package, a customized package or an individual service.
(Please note that gratuities are not included in the prices. DRee & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.)

Product Returns or Exchanges
We will gladly accept any retail product return for a product exchange of equal value. Gift certificates and services rendered are nonrefundable. No cash refunds.

Children
We love children, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. Please schedule haircuts for children 8 & under on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Children must not be left unattended anywhere on the premises. Thank you for understanding.
